Unless you are trying to make your own help viewer in VB.net There are many different ways to make a help file, in fact the possibilities are endless. One easy way would be to make a series of HTML files that link to each other. Then you could either open them from your program externally (like into IE or FF) or you could put a browser control inside your program to view them. Alternatively you can compile it as an HTML help file (CHM), for which there are many programs among the Interwebs. One such program is Microsoft HTML Workshop
