Getting the client name in webservices

Hi ,I am trying to find a way through which i can get in the webservices the Client machine name from where the call to the webservices is being made.
Is this possible.as i am not able to find the way to do so....

I don't believe you can have the web service access the users machine like that, why not just send the machine name to the web service as well?
