Hello guys i have completed diploma(3 year course) in the computer engineering with 70% percentage still i didnt got any college ,i wanna make sure that if i do bachelors in science in it(BSCIT)(3 years course) from mumbai university am i eligible to apply for masters degrees MS in computer science

It depends on the college & if they are an accredited college.

You'll need to check with the school where you have your current degree, & find out it's details. Then you'll need to check with what school you wish to continue it at, & make sure they are both accredited. That's how it works here, anyhow. Some schools will gladly give you a junk degree, that you cannot continue on with.

actually it is being authorised by the the directoriate of technical education , india and i will get a degree from mumbai university after completion of the course so it is university and government recognised and it is being undertaken by the government

Best advice... Pick a school or two you are interested in attending, visit their admission page, read up on the international admissions. Once you have perused the literature send an email to the admissions office and ask. Chances are you are not the first student from India to wish to attend a graduate school in the US and so they should have a basic familiarity with the policies.

Yup, its not a blanket policy for Master's programs in the US. It is up to each individual graduate school/program.

ITs not a big deal my friend.
just select the university in US
and go to there website admission page
for adminssion requirements and do's and
dont's

and apply in appropiate place that's it
