Hi

The given signal has to convolve with low pass filter for approximation and with highpass filter for detail coeffcient.Can anyone give matlab code for this or guidance .please need in urgent.

The mathworks web site would be an excellent place to start if you have an idea of what your solution should look like algorithmically, but need guidance for less structural things like syntax and IO.
