I have This Form I've Been Using Many Months. I've Come To A Situation Where I Need To Use The Form To Upload Images. I read and Found The Things I Needed To Do To My Form mostly was Add Type="File" and "multipart/form-data" to the <Form> tag.
My Problem: now when I run My Form I Get The Error Message "No Data_Order Included" And Of Course I Do Have The "Data_Order" Included.

Can Someone If You Wont Tell Me What The Problem Is, Please Tell Me Where To Read To Find The Answer.

Thany You Very Much I Need A Feedback Form That Allows Fow Image Uploading. Any Suggestions?

Well we need to know what language you're using for uploading, HTML cannot upload files to a server as it's just a markup language.
