How do I create a Registration and Login page using html or Css. I've looked all over the web, and can't find how you do it. Can anyone here help?

You can do the layout of the page using HTML and CSS, but the actually registering and loggin in has to be done in a server-side language such as PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, JSP, etc. To do the layout read through some HTML tutorials and documentation on W3C Schools and some CSS tutorials on W3C Schools.

That should get you started
