Please Help me out with this that how can i develop or make a Ticketing System For Bus Service.
A brief overview of the set up:
We have bases in 27 distinct cities throughout the country. We have a server in each of the cities connected to numerous ticketing terminals. There are three types of ticketing terminals:
1) Advanced booking - the payment can be made once the customer reaches the ticketing terminal within a given period of time.
2) Advanced Ticketing - Customer can buy tickets a few days in advance.
3) Current Ticketing - Self Explanatory
Data from these terminals is updated at the city server and subsequently reports are generated manually.
Speed and reliability are two of our primary concerns. We make an average of 81000 ticket sales throughout the country on a daily basis. We cannot afford to have a system down even for a second.
