First off, I know this is a problem w/ Jcreator so if you can't help me it's alright but their forums aren't nearly as good as dic's.

So at school (hanosh's class) when I compile a program and it throws an error, I can see it in the build output, which is fine, but when it finishes compiling the task view doesn't save the errors that i get. I cannot figure out for the life of me how to make it so the task view actually shows me errors. Anyone know a solution?

Secondly, JCreator isn't attempting to "Auto-Complete" what I type in like it does at my house.
Example: I type in "St" normally a drop down box opens showing the various options i have that contain St.

Is there a way to get that to show?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me, solving this basically eliminates 45 minutes of headaches everyday so yea... please help.

Your second question...No, there isn't a way for auto-complete, since you downloaded JCreator Pro at your house, and that's not free, you only downloaded a trial version.

Your school probably has the LE version, which is completely free, but slightly less user-friendly.

Anyway, for your first question, about the task view...

I really don't know why it's doing that, mine has always kept them there. I only had that problem at school, but the computer attendant person went in one day and fixed it. Sorry, can't help you...unsure.gif

And you're also right about JCreator's forums, they aren't nearly as good. I have a username over there too smile.gif
