Well I can't say I hate the layout. It is attractive without being in your face. Some of the sub pages though are a bit cluttered and others look very much like a facebook theme. The little step by step arrow graphic on the jobs page is a bit confusing through. I think it can be put out in a more straight forward manner. The zig zag look of it is a bit clumsy.

However overall the site is pretty effective and you can see it has a professional touch. Just watch your spacing and don't feel the urge to put so much content onto every screen. Use your white space.

I find the layout quite appealing. It's there, but it's transparent, in a good way.
