Hi ,

i want to know which java web development technologies i can use to be able to

see a live video on the web ?

It is commonly done with socket connections in which the clients fire up a program (or go to a web page that had the applet) and then the program attempts to create a socket connection with the server (which will need to have a seperate application that sends data to all the clients who are connected). After that all you have to do is connect a web cam or some other digital media device to the server application so it can send that out to the clients.

You can also do this with Flash if you have a Flash Communications Server (which is sadly not free).
