I need a programmer who can create a forum on my pre-exisiting website SeeThefeelings The forum should allow user to create user names and passwords, if a member of the site has forgotten their user name and/or password they can simply enter there email address and be notified via email. I should have the ability to delete inappropriate threads and members who are not following the terms of use. I want the forum to be a part of my site, following the same layout and menu bar, I do not want a third party forum or something that takes users to another page. I can supply you with the psd file and/or html file.

This type of work will not be done by (most) people for free. If you want someone to create one for you (from scratch, which is what it sounds like you are looking for) you will have a better chance by creating a thread in the "Request a service" section.

As already mentioned this isnt going to get created for free, and creating one from scratch isnt going to be cheap. Moved to Request A Service

I actually think you'd be better off going with a forum software that's already out there, and then paying somebody to make a theme that matches your site. The forum software itself would only cost you $0-300, and you could probably get a custom theme done for about $100.

You should use PhpBB if you want fast results. It's easy to use.
