I am doing a report for an IT class on Server Virtualization (HyperV, vmware, etc.). Just curious if anyone has an idea of something I could do as "show and tell"? Thanks in advance!

You could.. use it? Run vmware and load up a few different systems with different os's on them, then flip between them.

you could just use RDP to connect to a windows server 2003 environment... then maybe demonstrate some VPN appliances? not sure about this, kind of a weird subject for a project... to demonstrate server virtualization? obviously there are many forms of this, but its just a matter of choosing which software / os you want to work with.

my choice would be Windows Server 2003 Enterprise... i've worked with it for the past 5 years and have gotten to know it like the back of my hand tongue.gif
