Please name your topics appropriately, as this is very ambiguous and misleading all at once.

We are not google, 5 minutes with google would have let you see that MySQL is free. The most obvious step would have been to go to www.mysql.com (which exists by the way) and look for a download link (which also exists) giving your the exact thing you were looking for.

While you can use MySQL with PHP this is not a PHP question.

it isn't that hard to install each manually. Even under vista I installed Apache, PHP, Perl and MySQL in less than an hour.
