HI, I am trying to make a javascript to resize my layout for the website.

I want to grab the clients display/resolution settings to adjust my content. So no matter what browser you use or display settings you have you can see the website like how it should be.

I notice with different display settings (resolutions) I find out that my website layout starts to move around in a way it looks like a 3rd grader done a website.

I been trying to make a javascript but always can't figure out how mathematically to do this.

any ideas or websites to help with such a task?
