document.getElementById("<=CreatePhenomDocument.ATTR_FILE%>");
always returns a null for (dmf:filebrowse) even after we attach the file .
Any suggestions how it will return a value (id)other than null for a dmf:filebrowse.
CreatePhenomDocument.ATTR_FILE is the id.
Please neglect the jsp tags.
