This is the webpage:
http://www.julytang.com/T-shirt.htm

How do I change the color of the t-shirt by dragging colors and then dropping to the t-shirt instead of clicking the colors to change?

Can someone pls provide the code so that I can add the image of the t-shirt myself?

Thanks in advance

DIC has policies, we won't do things for you, here is the basics behind it though:

You have an image for each of the colored T-shirts you want to allow the user to see (in their case it was Yellow, Red, Green and Blue). Then, when the user clicks on one of the buttons the page loads the respective image according to the color that was clicked.

It is fairly simple, I would suggest you goto w3schools.com and start learning some Javascript, once you have some code, and have actually put some effort into this people will be much more willing to help you out.
