Is there a way where I can update/refresh all active sheets in the workbook or active workbook without having to open up new workbook all over again once the data is updated or something using VB 2005?

Here's an idea of what I am planning:

For e.g, there are 4 data series in a chart(in excel) and the user will tick in listbox items (in VB user interface) which data series they want to view.

After that, they will click the "ok" button and the whole workbook will refreshed (i have several chart sheets in one workbook), enable the user to see which data series they want to view.

This will happen continously until the user close the VB application.

The excel workbook is exceuted externally.
