I want too know if there is a way to convert mi C# source code in to a CWEB code ?

The only way is to re-write it in CWEB, there isn't any kind of C# to CWEB converter

and you mean i have to write all the Source Code again in CWEB is there not a nother way ?

Perhaps you can define what you mean by "CWEB". Do you really mean CWEB from 1993, or did you have ASP.NET in mind? If it's the former, you're SOL. If it's the later, you can usually use all the C# code in an ASP.NET project, except for that that involved GUI.

The main Problem is that i have a Game tic tac toe is written in C# with GUI, Forms and so, but our Prof. want it in CWEB so i m looking for a way to convert this Game in CWEB and unfortunately i havent found a way so i dont have an idea how can i do this. :-((

I'm sorry, but you appear to have the wrong terminology, perhaps due to a language barrier; that's going to make it difficult, if not impossible, to help you.

According to this page, "CWEB is a version of WEB for documenting C, C++, and Java programs." I don't see how you can convert a tic-tac-toe program into that! I think baavgai probably has it right...it's supposed to be a web-based program.
